OUR EXPERTS

Dr Louise Tulloh - MENOPAUSE SPECIALIST
MBBS, FACSEP

Louise is a specialist doctor who has started viv Health, a dedicated online menopause clinic.

She has had a long career in Sport and Exercise Medicine, having been in clinical practice over 25 years and headed up the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians as their President.

She arrives at menopause care after treating female athlete hormonal issues for decades, seeing the impact of perimenopause and menopause on her midlife patients and her own personal experience of hormonal transition combined with a lack of effective medical help that even she, as an informed doctor, could find.

Louise wants to support midlife women to live their healthiest and most energetic lives!

Dimity Thompson - WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIO

Dimity has been focused on facilitating her client’s abilities to make changes in their long-term habits through education and movement retraining as an integral part of the Physiocise team for over 15 years.

Having three children has given Dim a healthy respect for the female body. It has driven her desire to help establish the Women's Health team at Physiocise, giving people hope to achieve good pelvic floor function in the context of their whole Physiocise self. She helped create the incredibly popular Core Burn classes for those who want to get back into more intensive exercise while looking after the safety of their pelvic floor.

After completing all of the advanced courses through the Women's Health Training Associates, ongoing Research updates and other courses pertaining to women's health, Dimity realised that her biggest impact could be made not just on post-partum women. Peri-menopausal and menopausal women were the group crying out for some attention, and Dim’s strategies for many of them have been life-changing.

Her recently completed Menopause Transition online certification program has fed the fire for change. Dim is determined to get the message of positive transformation out to this inspiring group of women.

Carol Sae-Yang - STYLIST

As a stylist, Carol possesses over twenty years of experience in fashion, editorial and commercial styling, working with private clientele plus Australia's top photographers, models, and high-profile personalities for major publications and television networks.

Having completed studies in journalism and fashion design in Sydney, Carol has produced styling covers and shoots for The Sydney Morning Herald Channel 10, Channel 7 and MTV Australia whilst contributing to key print titles including Cosmopolitan, InStyle, Bride to Be and various Hardie Grant and Medium Rare publications.

She was also appointed Style Director of the iconic shopping destination, The Queen Victoria Building in Sydney validating her ability and credibility as one of the most sought-after personal stylists in the industry.

Carol is particularly passionate about helping women navigate their bodies and their style as they transition through the various ages and stages of their lives.
