Anna-Louise graduated from the University of Sydney in 1985. After many years working in Private Practice specialising in neck and back pain, she created the ground-breaking Physiocise concept in 1995.

She is a health and wellbeing entrepreneur whose passion is to empower and educate clients with the tools they need for self-management. In 2010 after leading the practice for 15 years ,she sold the business to Melissa Partington but continues to consult in the creative direction of the brand.

She then went on to create the award-winning Happy Body At Work project in a joint venture with the ABC. This digital corporate wellbeing program has rolled out to over 30,000 employees from organisations as diverse as Optus, the ASX, PwC, CBA, ANZ, Lendlease and University of Sydney. In 2017, she and the ABC sold that business to tech wellbeing company, Springday.

She is in high demand as a corporate speaker and is a regular on ABC Radio with Richard Glover. She is a recognised expert in her field and appears on Channel 7's House of Wellness, The Today Show and Today Extra. She was the Mind/Body Expert in the ABC's popular Making Australia Happy and Making Couples Happy television series.

She has released 3 DVD's and 3 best selling books, with ABC Books and Harper Collins.

She is also an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University and an Ambassador for Steptember, and Coastrek.

Anna-Louise’s latest project for Physiocise is the fabulous Weekly B.A.S.S. series - simple 2-minute routines that can be done anywhere from the Bathroom to the Beach! She is our wonderful on-screen talent and as always, a master of making the complex appear simple in fun sticky messages.
