Squeezing my buttocks around my butt clencher,
Stretching and lunging without misadventure,
Calf stretching, therabands, songs good to sing,
Physiocise is one of my favourite things!

Turn on the gluts with a slap and a tickle,
Tip pelvis forward to stop any trickle,
Breathe from the lung base, you’re sure to sing,
Physiocise is one of my favourite things!

What the Boss says,
simply makes sense,
turn on those abs first thing
I simply remember my Physiocise tricks, then my back DON”T feel sooooooo bad!
