Essential Part of Life

what clients say

Recent Feedback From Clients

" Just thought you would might like to know that I`m currently working in Switzerland. Thanks to Physiocise, back pain is a distant memory. I`m swimming, jogging, doing weights and Pilates, all the things (that as a Floppy!) I thought I`d never be able to do again. So thank you again." Ben P, (Switzerland)
"Just thought I would give you some feedback. I came to your classes 8 years ago and still follow the Physiocise philosophy to this day. I have never had bad back pain since. The odd flare up, but I stretch out the stiff bits, reboot my core and it goes away. I even train my staff to use the principles! You never know if I decide to change careers I might end up doing physio myself as I can spot a Stiffy from 100 metres away!" Greg (Sydney)
“Just a quick note to say thanks to the physiocise team over the last 2 years I have been attending classes. I can't tell you the difference it has made to my back and my ability to lead a normal life, which I had been struggling previously with for over 5 years. The team has really helped me learn to move properly and use the right muscles, meaning that I am moving much better, walking longer, lifting more, travelling without concern, and enjoying life a whole lot more." Carey Gent
"Two words to describe Physiocise….smart exercise!" Flippy Client

"At age 57 and owner of a small bakery my work placed enormous daily strain on my poor back. For several years I had suffered bouts of extreme back pain, triggered on one occasion by leaning into the back of the car to pick up an EMPTY plastic bag. I can't remember who recommended I try Physiocise but whoever it was - bless you!!!

After a careful physical evaluation at which I was declared a "stiffy" I joined Anna-Louise's class, then held in Castle Crag. I remember: dots on tee-short shoulders so that we could see when we were standing straight, brilliant illustrations with knobbly knees indicating graphically what we were supposed to be achieving but most of all I remember Bottom Clenchers (of which I still have one or two in my desk drawer.

It took about a year to get my core muscles in tip top shape. Shortly afterwards I moved to country Victoria and took up Iyengar Yoga which I have found to be an excellent way to maintain flexibility, muscle and balance. I credit my current back health to Physiocise - without Anna-Louise's classes I would not have dared to attempt yoga and until dementia finally sets in I will always remember to "turn on my core muscles".." The Feedback Project

We conducted a research program asking clients for specific feedback about their experience with our program. We asked them to make the feedback anonymous so they would be more likely to give us their true feelings. The results were tremendously positive. Click here to read more...
