Get "Foot Fit" for Summer

How strong are your feet? Summer is the perfect time to get them fit and cope with beach walking, sandals and thongs!

Natalie is running a foot fit workshops to enable you to stroll, or run, through summer. Workshops will focus on foot control, calf strength and get your brain connected to your feet. This will allow the rest of the body to feel happy too. Great tips on footwear to choose.

Breathing Bootcamp

Does your breathing limit your core strength? Susie will be running two breathing boot camp workshops in January.

Breathe for Performance targets anyone who wants to get fitter, train harder or improve your tolerance to altitude.

Breathe Better - if you feel you still have room for improvement on your breathing, get breathless or mouth breathing.

The workshops will include theory and practical exercises to put into daily life so you can sleep better, breathe easier and perform at your best. No matter what the challenge.

Intro to Strong Bones

Try an introduction to Physiocise Strong Bones class - see what all the fuss is about. We start to lose bone well before we get diagnosed with osteoporosis. So build better bones now. Our strong bone team is ready to help keep your sore bits safe, and get your weak bits stronger!

Women's Health Workshop

Our women's health team have put together some fantastic workshops to make sure your pelvic floor has the best possible chance of being rebooted for 2018.

Find out what everyday habits may be impacting your pelvic floor and some of the simple things you can do to make big changes on your floor and in your life. Get advice about whether a full pelvic floor assessment is the right thing for you.

Intro to Mum's Burn

Why not trial our new "Mum's Burn" class after the workshop? A dynamic and challenging whole body workout to supercharge your core and pelvic floor.

A recent study shows that 60 min of exercise per week decreases postnatal depression by 50% (Norma et al 2010). Some of us don't have time to get back to more intense exercise until the kids have gone to school or beyond. Combining our expert skills in everyday habits and our women’s health practitioners we can now continue to help you in a fun, supervised & safe class environment.

Intro to Lifting Weights

Want to get stronger, but don't know where to start? Or feel what you are doing is just not giving you the results you were hoping for?

After 35 years old, our hormones start to change, meaning our muscles need more strength training. This session will be a practical workout, for both your brain and your body! This introductory exercise session with Melinda Luck will have you learn the key principles of strength/resistance training while keeping your back and your body safe.

Available to existing floppy class level and above clients.

Summer Burn

Feel like you lose momentum over January with our regular classes not running? Always wanted to try our Athlete Burn classes?

Come and get that summer time ‘burn’ to keep glutes active, hip flexors calm and reboot your core.

Teens Workshop

January is the time to get the Teens on track for the year ahead. We have workshops running both at Willoughby and Moore Park.

Day One is about Teens and Posture – posture and core strengthening to maintain a good posture for studying and postures required for sporting goals.

Day Two is all about Performance and how to improve it. Core endurance building with upper and lower body strengthening – the building blocks for strong spines and athletic bodies.

Book the kids in now, and get ready for the new look Teens program running in 2018.

Our very own Commonwealth Games cyclist physio (and coach) is back again with her in demand Cycling Workshop. Natalie will be giving expert cycle tips, bike set up advice and strength programs to make you peddle at your best.
