So Much Improvement

when are classes on?

The Physiocise term system

Physiocise classes are scheduled in line with NSW public school terms. There are four terms per year of approximately 10 weeks each. New classes commence in late January, April, July and October.

In order to ensure you get the dates and times that best suit you, you need to book early to ensure your place. This is especially important if the course runs at a popular time such as before or after work. Click here to enquire about our class availability.

Waiting lists

Due to the popularity of the program you may need to wait some weeks to have your initial assessment or to commence classes. We monitor our waiting lists very closely and will call you as soon as a cancellation becomes available. Even if you cannot find a class time that suits you we recommend that you have your initial assessment so that your physiocise physiotherapist can begin customising a home program for you.

Contact us about booking an initial assessment.
