make-up classes

While we are understand that situations arise which are unavoidable, we do not refund or credit for missed or unused classes, but we provide a Make-Up Class system limited to two per person per term. The 2 free Make-Up Classes are not transferable to another term and are provided on a first-come first-served basis. We apologise if the times are not suitable for you.

What should I do if I know I am going to miss more than 3 classes?

If you are going to be away on business or holidays for a significant number of weeks and you are not happy to pay for the whole term to ensure your place, then we suggest you take the term off and book for the next term. Unfortunately, due to our long waiting lists, we cannot hold a position unless it is paid in full at the beginning of the term.

Our make-up classes policy

You are eligible to MAKE-UP A MAXIMUM OF 2 FREE CLASSES in any one term. There is no carry over of make-up classes from one term to the next. Bookings are made in the office and are on a first come, first served basis. While we endeavour to allow you to make up 2 missed classes WE CANNOT GUARANTEE this will be possible. There is no credit for missed or unused classes.

The Saturday make-up classes have been made available for clients of the EVENING CLASSES. DAY CLIENTS are asked to use the Friday make-up class time if possible.
