Anna-Louise Bouvier is a well known media commentator in the area of wellness and prevention.
From back pain to body aches she has become a well respected columnist for magazines such as the ABC's Life Etc. and Instyle magazine. Other publications Anna-Louise contributed include Body+Soul Sunday Telegraph, Notebook:, Mother & Baby.
She is a regular radio guest on the ABC Sydney 702 James Valentine's show and writes and records many other informative prevention pieces including the long running Qantas Comfort Zone on Qantas aircrafts.
Her Physiocise program has been profiled very positively by A Current Affair, Today Tonight and SBS and she has appeared on shows such as Kerry-Anne Kennerleys' Morning Show. This is a fantastic simple look at understanding Floppies, Stiffies and Flippies, working out what posture you have and finally how to fix it. This book is an integral part of the Physiocise Class Program and is customised for you when you come to your initial consultation at Physiocise.

This book co-authored with Lisa Champion (M Sc in exercise) is a brilliant look at how horse riders can improve their riding by working on their posture, stability and flexibility off the horse. To find out more about the riding from the inside out program including “off the horse” workshops. Lisa Champion also writes excellent articles on the program in the Horse Magazine.
