Physiocise Flippy/Floppy Classes


Physiocise helps you develop the mental and physical building blocks for a long-term fix. Our Foundations program is vital for building the base for a long-term solution. Then we customise your program according to your body type in the Floppy and Flippy levels. If exercise hasn't worked for you in the past, it could be that this was the missing link. Too much or too little stretching, or too much or too little stability. Our program allows us to target your ideal needs.

Do you click and crack and find sitting still almost impossible? Were you really flexible as a child but now feel tight all the time? This program has been specifically designed for you. It has a high stability and strength focus and teaches you all about the pros and cons of being ‘floppy’.


This program combines stability for your wobbly bits, with stretching for your stiff bits. Work on those tight hamstrings, whilst building a great core and firm buttocks.

Dodgy Knees

You don't realise how much you need your knees until they start to hurt. These classes  strengthen them, relieve pain and help you get back to all the things you want to do

Advanced Floppies

Being a fit floppy is a lifelong pursuit and this program will give you the motivation to get yourself stronger and more stable than you have been for years. Build your strength and endurance, especially in your arms, gluts and legs, to get yourself back on track and pain free.

Advanced Flippies

Stronger, with more control and movement…. this program has it all, as it combines your new found mobility with lots of dynamic strengthening, balance work and shoulder strengthening.

Physiocise Athlete Program

Train like the professionals! These classes are for people who are regularly training at a high level during the week. They focus on improving movement patterns to either decrease pain or improve performance

Athlete Burn

Are you a weekend warrior, involved in high level sport, triathlons or marathons, but are also coping with the pressure of long hours of sitting at work or other life pressures during the week. This class focuses on building the endurance you need to cope with both ends of your life.
