Booking and Paying

Booking a class

Physiocise classes are scheduled in line with NSW public school terms. There are four terms per year of approximately 10 weeks each*. New classes commence in late January, April, July and October. You pay for a full course of 10 weeks* in advance because Physiocise is a package:

  • with a set number of classes
  • in a limited class size
  • with the same physiotherapist each week, who has workshopped the information from your initial assessment
  • which delivers an educational and interactive program of information and exercise which progresses from week to week.

*Due to public holidays this may vary slightly from term to term.
