After finishing school in the Sutherland Shire as Dux, Sam graduated from the University of Sydney with a distinction average. She then embarked on a sports physiotherapy career largely fueled by her own passion for exercise particularly dance and running. She enjoyed the pace and variety of private practice and also taught pre and post-natal exercise classes, a field she retains a keen interest in.
In 2009 she was persuaded to join the Physiocise team as we felt her youth and enthusiasm, combined with her keen intellect and passion for learning were an ideal addition to our team.
Since then Sam has been instrumental in developing our Athlete Burn Classes, which focus on helping busy corporate people manage the challenges of combining stressful sedentary jobs with a desire to enjoy high level extra curricular sporting activities with a minimum of injuries. These Weekend Warrior classes have been hugely successful and have kept many people enjoying high levels of training and competing where previously they would have had to stop.
She is warm, enthusiastic and compassionate and is the ideal person to help patients who need a little extra confidence to help achieve their goals. She is committed to learning and embraces every opportunity to expand her already ample knowledge base.
Sam is currently on maternity leave waiting for the arrival of her first baby.....and we miss her already!
