Some of our long-standing Physiocise family will remember the effervescent Josie Wild - who started with us way back in the days of the Castlecrag Hall! Josie has been very busy for the last 8 years, doing a Masters in Public Health and then working with large-scale Chronic Disease Prevention and Diabetes programs. She then studied and worked in fitness programs in Canada where she met the love of her life, Warren. They returned to Sydney where Josie has been making a difference with exercise programs in aged care.
Now very keen to move back upstream in the world of exercise as medicine, Josie is returning the Physiocise team, with a particular interest in our Strong Bones and Dodgy Knees programs. As one of our founding physios, Josie is really excited to see the developments in our Foundations and Floppy/Flippy programs and is super keen to help a new generation of Physiocisers off to a great start on their journey to better backs, bodies and bones.
