Since graduating from Sydney University in 2000 Jemma has worked in both the private and public sectors in Australia and internationally. Her work in private practice in London was particularly focused on treating back and neck pain. On returning to Australia a position at The Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney started a career passion for dealing with women's health particularly in the areas of pre and post natal care.
Years of classical ballet gave her close personal and professional experience with chronic injuries and this lead her to a career which focused on education and prevention, and proactive rather than reactive treatment models.
Since commencing with Physiocise in 2011 she has been delighted to have a platform where education is a key focus and loves empowering clients to help themselves.
Jemma is using her years of experience in teaching children ballet to help develop the new Teen program for Physiocise. She is also in the process of developing intensive pelvic floor education and exercise sessions for January 2015.
She is the mother of 3 boys Harrison 4, Lachlan 2 and baby Finn.
